At MeetingShark our goal is to make your meetings a more productive and effective learning experience to benefit your entire organization. In addition, we realize that these meetings need to be fun team building experiences for all attendees. Our philosophy is fun and exciting meetings create a more effective learning environment. Here is how it works:

Probe
We meet with the key people on your team to understand the overall goals, objectives, messages and desired outcome for the meeting. We then map out all of the key programs and initiatives you need to present at your meeting.

Plan
Once we understand the goals you want to achieve and the specific messages that need to be conveyed, we then present to you a plan to most effectively communicate to your group.
The plan will contain the following:

• Overall Objectives of the Meeting
• Meeting Theme
• Meeting Structure – Format and flow to
     manage meeting
• Challenge Tools – Team building/testing tools
     reinforce learning and create excitement
• Validation – Process to measure meeting
     effectiveness

Produce
After the plan is approved, we work with your team to develop all of the details that go into producing your important event. We work with your people and within your timeline to make sure your meeting is a complete success.
